BRIAN + GRETA | WEDDING
I closed out my wedding season on a high note last Friday, celebrating Greta and Brian as they shared their “I do’s” at Amber Grove. It’s an understatement to say that the day was absolutely breathtaking. From the vibrant fall-colored florals to the elegant emerald green bridesmaids’ dresses, Greta looked radiant in her timeless wedding gown.
Amber Grove, located in Moseley, VA, is a stunning outdoor wedding venue with a lot of charming features, including a romantic swing and delicate string lights that create a magical atmosphere for evening celebrations.
As an intimate and special moment, Brian and Greta exchanged their vows privately during their first look.
The magic of this wedding day has been in the details: the loving glances exchanged between the couple, the laughter that echoed through the Amber Grove, and the emotional vows.
“We have been together 8+ years. About 2 years into our relationship, we moved from WI to UT together. We took a hike in the mountains in our new state, and at the top I said “this would be such an amazing place to get engaged.” While we didn’t get engaged then (or anytime soon…) for our 7 year anniversary (2022) we went hiking in VA (after moving to VA in 2019), and that is when Brian proposed.
The wedding is truly a celebration of love. We have shared our life together for years now. We love exploring Richmond, traveling, our dogs, and just living life together. This marriage is just a formal representation of everything we mean to each other.”
As I close this chapter on an extraordinary wedding season, I’m so grateful for the trust and opportunity to be part of these cherished moments. From the golden hour portraits to the candid shots on the dance floor, every frame has told a unique love story full of joy and love. I look forward to the seasons to come, with new stories and new memories waiting to be captured.
