KENNETH + PEYTON | WEDDING
A timeless and romantic wedding took place at the River Road Presbyterian Church in Richmond, followed by joyous celebrations at the Bolling Haxall House. These two lovebirds are now officially married! It was a truly enchanting wedding for a couple that could be straight out of a fairytale. Their story is one of my favorites!
“In true southern style, we met at cotillion at the age of sixteen and seventeen. Kenny had just recovered from a tragic accident and Peyton did not hesitate to ask him all the details. Two weeks later, as Peyton whirled around the dance floor, Kenny descended the stage and tapped Peyton’s partner on the shoulder, asking if he may cut in. When Peyton noted that Kenny had come down from his usual DJ position on stage, Kenny replied “I came down for you.” Since then, even though we went to separate colleges, our love stood the test of time and distance. We have grown up together into adults, tackling nursing school and new careers. Now, after exactly 12.5 years (on our wedding day), we are ready to make it official as husband and wife.”
It was an utterly perfect day! Filled with boundless joy, love, and, of course, dancing! Love was in the air from morning till night, and even their pup joined in after the ceremony for a few adorable photos.
Ps.: Look at her heel… HOW COOL is that?!
